Starry night sky over the Teide volcano in Tenerife

Book the light, not just the activity

The single most common regret we hear is not “we picked the wrong excursion” but “we picked the wrong hour”. Sunset slots on the Teide, whether quad, buggy, sports car or stargazing, sell out days ahead in high season because the volcano at golden hour is a different experience from the volcano at noon. If your dates are fixed, book the sunset slots first and plan the beach days around them.

The licence question, answered once

Quads and buggies on public volcanic roads legally require one driver per vehicle with an original driving licence, the physical card, not a photo of it. Passengers need nothing. Jet skis are the opposite: no licence at all. If two of you ride a double quad, only the driver needs the card; you can swap only if both carry licences.

Dress for two islands

The coast and the volcano differ by fifteen degrees or more. Every Teide evening ends with someone borrowing a jacket. Closed shoes and a warm layer for anything above two thousand metres; for the sea, a light layer for the ride back: the Atlantic wind is honest about being an ocean.

Why your card is authorized, not charged

When you book with us, your card is authorized and nothing is captured until a person, not a script, confirms availability with the operator. If the day cannot happen, the authorization is released and no money ever moved. It is the old travel-agency handshake, rebuilt for the web, and it removes the worst online-booking anxiety: paying for a maybe.

Use the humans

Every page on this site has a WhatsApp button that reaches the people who schedule the boats and quads, not a call centre. Weather doubts, a fussy toddler, a surprise proposal on a sunset deck: tell us before you book, not after. Planning around real constraints is the one thing a local team does better than any algorithm.
