Am I charged when I make a reservation request?

Your card may be authorized first, but the payment is captured only after the reservation is confirmed. If the experience cannot be confirmed, the authorization is released.

When do I receive the voucher?

After final availability is confirmed and payment is captured, your voucher is sent to the email address used for the reservation.

Can I check my reservation online?

Yes. Go to the reservations page and enter your reservation code together with the same email address used when booking.

Can you help me choose?

Yes. If you are not sure what to book, tell us your dates, group size, and the kind of day you want. We will help you choose clearly.

Is the digital voucher valid? Can I collect a printed copy?

Yes. Your voucher is normally sent by email, but you can also visit our Palm-Mar office and ask for a printed copy if you prefer one.

What if weather affects the excursion?

Some experiences depend on sea or weather conditions. If an operator has to change or cancel an activity, we will help with the available alternatives, rescheduling, or refund options.
